Refund policy
We provide a 30-day return window, allowing you to submit a return request within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, all items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all attached tags intact and kept in the original packaging. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label together with detailed instructions for sending back your package. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged & Incorrect Items
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, kindly contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue and provide a proper resolution.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to obtain your desired item is to submit a return for your current purchase. Once your return is processed and approved, you may place a new separate order for the replacement item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered to the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel your order or return the goods within 14 days without providing any reason. All return eligibility conditions mentioned above (unused condition, original tags and packaging, proof of purchase) still apply.
