  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times


We offer the following shipping options for international orders. Estimated delivery times do not include customs processing or local postal handling delays:

3. Shipping Costs

5. Delivery Delays & Risks


  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspections, natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, incorrect delivery addresses, or failed delivery attempts beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. We will assist with inquiries but are not responsible for additional losses.

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate. You will be responsible for any return or reshipping fees due to incorrect addresses.

7. Missing or Undelivered Orders
